2025 has marked a transformative year for the CEO Commission, with significant growth and strategic momentum. Under the leadership of Executive Director Rob Snow, the organization has welcomed key additions to its team, including seasoned Disability Employment Specialist David Rice, who now leads the Practice and Culture division. Joining him are policy experts Rachel Patterson and Sarah Meek—both bringing extensive experience in disability policy from Capitol Hill and federal administrations.

Once operating under the National Down Syndrome Society, the CEO Commission has now emerged as an independent entity, with its 501(c)(6) status currently pending. This evolution reflects its expanding influence and sharpened focus on advancing disability employment nationwide.

These developments have sparked a wave of new partnerships with leading organizations such as Microsoft, The Arc of the United States, EasterSeals, NYSID, Galt Foundation, Impact Consulting, The Arc of Northern Virginia, and Relay Resources. Rylin Rodgers, Director of Disability Policy at Microsoft, shared the company’s motivation for joining:
“At Microsoft, we are committed to driving change in disability employment policy by sharing our experiences and best practices to help unblock disabled talent across all parts of the economy. Our goal is to empower every person to achieve more and contribute meaningfully in the workplace.”

Looking ahead, Rob Snow is optimistic about the Commission’s trajectory, saying ““2025 has been a banner year, and I believe 2026 will be even bigger. With more corporations, disability advocates, and entrepreneurs joining our collective voice, it will be impossible for Congress and the Administration to ignore our call for action. We’re determined to ensure every member of Congress understands the value and business case for disability employment.”
