About Rob Snow

Rob Snow brings unique and extensive experience to the CEO Commission.  Prior to joining the Commission, Rob held roles as Chief Sales Officer, SVP of Sales and Marketing, and National Sales Executive for 23 years in the Workers' Compensation and Managed Care space.  He is also a co-founder of the non-profit Stand Up For Downs, which aims to enhance the lives of those with Down syndrome through humor; and the CEO and creator of The Improvaneer Method, which uses improvisation to build skills that will greatly increase social and workplace opportunities for those with developmental disabilities.

Rob’s first passion was comedy. After he graduated from Miami University of Ohio, Rob went to Chicago to begin performing stand-up comedy and training in improvisation at the famed Second City Theatre. He postponed his comedy career in 2000, and in 2009, Rob, his wife Ellen, and son, Charlie, moved back to Ohio and had their second son, Henry, who was born with Down syndrome. In 2013, Rob and his wife Ellen founded Stand Up For Downs which began his involvement with the disability community. Rob also created a one-man show he continues to perform nationally called Minimize The Mountain which provides a comical, inspiring, and poignant guide to managing through life’s biggest challenges.

Rob is incredibly excited and motivated to bring his wide-ranging professional experience to the CEO Commission. He looks forward to helping build a future for those with disabilities that provides a better path to fulfill their dreams and achieve their goals.
