The CEO Commission for Disability Employment was founded by Voya Financial, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS), to advance disability inclusive employment by inspiring and engaging business leaders to drive change through policy, practice, and culture.

The CEO Commission for Disability Employment is made up of a variety of members from the private-sector. We pride ourselves on the diversity of our membership. Members include non-profit organizations, small and medium sized businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, these companies represent a broad array of industries and are located across the United States.
